How do i change my platform?

If you wish to change the platform you’re using, please note that we only allow this once per account. This change can be made as long as the trader has not yet engaged in any trading activity on the account.

To request a platform change, please contact our live support team or email us directly at [email protected]. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.

Important: You must ensure no trades have been placed on the account before requesting a platform change. Once trading activity has begun, the platform cannot be changed.
