What is your IP rule regarding multiple accounts?

IP Rule

Our IP rule restricts multiple accounts from being accessed from the same IP address to ensure the integrity and fairness of our trading environment. We also do not allow IP or trade reason masking in the platform.

What This Means:

  • Only one account per household can be accessed from the same IP address.

  • If someone living in the same household wishes to purchase an account, it will not be allowed due to this restriction.

  • If we see any trades that we deem to be masking an IP or trade reason we consider this a hard breach of an account due to not acting in good faith. E.g. Using technology that places a VPS desktop trade as a mobile trade.

  • If we notice rapid changing between country IP addresses in a way that is not geographically possible, we would consider this a hard breach due to not acting in good faith. e.g. In the same trading day we see IP Addresses in two distant countries being used interchangeably without a VPS or travel notification.

    International Travel Notification Requirement

    If you plan to travel from one country to another, please notify us in advance by sending an email with your travel itinerary to [email protected] .

    Required Information:

    - Travel dates

    - Destination countries

    - Flight itinerary (including departure and arrival times)
