Balance Protector

What is the Balance Protector in the Rapid Evaluations?

The Balance Protector in our Rapid Evaluations is a feature designed to safeguard your account by:

  • Activation: The Balance Protector is activated once you achieve a 4% profit and your max drawdown locks in at your initial starting balance.

  • Trailing Drawdown: The trailing drawdown locks in at your initial starting balance to protect your gains at 4%

  • Safeguard: Includes a 1% safeguard to ensure you do not withdraw your entire allowed drawdown and potentially breach the account.

Example:

Consider a $100,000 account that reaches $5,000 in profit. With the Balance Protector activated:

  • The trailing drawdown locks in your max drawdown at the initial starting balance ($100,000).

  • When you request a payout, the 1% safeguard ensures that you cannot withdraw more than $4,000 of the $5,000 profit.

  • This means you will have $1,000 (1% of the initial balance) left as a cushion to prevent breaching your account after the payout.

This safeguard ensures that you have some drawdown room left after receiving your payout, helping you avoid breaching your account with little to no drawdown room remaining.
